Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes we are unable to make it to our commitments.
We require and appreciate a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation so we can fit another patient into our schedule.
Regrettably, we reserve the right to terminate doctor-patient relationships if you are late for or do not come to three appointments without prior notice.
